This ride is a favorite of bicyclists. The tour treats you to amazing views of the ocean and then brings you through lush, leafy jungle to the town of Sayulita. Sayulita, known for its surfing, has a funky bohemian vibe and is a great place to people watch. The tour includes road bike rental, transportation to/from your hotel in air conditioned comfort, water and snacks. The ride is approximately 80 kilometres roundtrip with approximately 1,200 metres of elevation. The average gradient is 4 to 6 percent, with some sections up to 8 percent.   This ride is rated as intermediate and you must be comfortable riding in traffic. 

You will be picked up from your hotel or condo to then head to the meeting point to start the ride. Once there, you will receive all equipment including premium Shimano 105 - 11 speed road bicycle rental, helmet (if required) , plus snacks, hydration, and vehicle support where indicated. It is advised that you bring your own clipless pedals, shoes, helmet, water bottles and your favorite cycling snacks.

The ride is approximately 80 kilometers in length and the duration is approximately 4 to 5 hours - depending on the rider speed and number of stops along the way. On the ride you will utilize your 5 senses:  taste, touch, smell, hearing and sight. Smell the ocean along the route and spot the majestic Sierra Madre mountains in the distance. Hear exotic birds chirping and taste delicious local cuisine in a local taco stand. You can even touch a local flower growing wild in a field.  You will be riding on a one-way-each way highway on good pavement and your guide will make sure you ride safely and comfortably. 

After the tour, you will be taken back to your hotel.

La Bufadora is the most important natural attraction of Ensenada. The spout of sea water is the result of air, trapped in a sea cave, exploding upwards, often shooting upwards more than 100 ft above sea level, creating a thunderous noise as well. The phenomena repeats every minute or so with its volume depending on the strength of the waves.

Also, on this visit you will have the opportunity to buy craft-works and souvenirs from Baja California and other regions of Mexico at a large typical market on the sidewalks. This ride is rated as intermediate.  The total distance is approximately 30kms roundtrip, approximately 5kms steady climbing (600m climbing).   Ride to Rancho Las Vegas rated as advanced.  40km total distance with significant climbing.   This ride is rated as Intermediate, and you must be comfortable riding in traffic.

The tour starts at the Marina at 8AM. The start time for the tour  is 8:15am.  Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour begins.  

You will receive all equipment including a premium 10 speed fat bicycle rental, helmet, plus snacks, and hydration.  Please wear appropriate cycling or athletic clothing.  The ride duration is approximately 2 hours - depending upon rider speed and number of stops along the way.  It’s hard to enjoy the ride if you are worried about being in harm’s way. Your guide will only take you where you feel safe to ride.

This is an intermediate ride on super comfortable fat bikes. Your tour ends back at the Marina Starbucks.
